My fuel pressure regulator is loose, you can move it back and forth. Could that be where my vacuum leak is? It sounds like it is in that area. I sprayed some soapy water on it and it changed the idle for a second. Is it normal for the regulator to move if you turn it?

Will having a non resirc blow off valve on a stock 7m affect emissions at all?
