well the 95-96 got the big brakes (13 inches baby!) 92-96 got the lt1 and ZF 6 speed which is a way better then the 240 HP l98 with the doug nash 4+3 tranny. the lt1 is 300 hp and 340 ft pounds; intake, cam, roller rockers, exhaust gets you to the mid 12's and reliable.

like 18k and up for a c5. 7-12k for a c4.
