What is the best heat protection for wires, i need something that will keep the wires from melting because i know just wire loom wont cut it. Where could i pick something like this up? Thanks guys and gals:icon_razz

I used LED's in the stock location and all lights evenly.. a little brighter on the temp gauge side, but it doesnt bother me one bit.

I'm looking into the blitz SBC I-D, or SBC dual, but ultimately i'd like anything with good overboost protection since i'm now running a FCD.

what boost controllers have good overboost protection? What are these overboost protections (warning (autiable, visual?)), shutdown?), and where are the best places to get them? Thanks, I need that saftey:aigo:

Thanks for looking out for me guys, I'm very cautious with my car, I'm constantly watching my boost, oil psi, AFR's, h2o temp's.. I'm just a typical, paranoid supra owner. I'm buying warning gauges, and one of those obnoxious boost controllers with overboost protection, visual and auditable...

I agree with Grim, I drove my car un-tuned for WOT for 3 or 4 months, Its very easy, even on the highway. For daily driving I never, ever got over 32% throttle.

That was a Canon Gl2 (has a blueish tint, i'm not too fond), I own a VX1K my aunt handed down to me, she purchased a PD150, I wish i had it.

99% sure those are both fronts, they are both skinny and seem to be about the same height, not to mention the break line bracket.

well one of my hoses was already cracked, so luckily i didnt have to hassle with the freon, shops, or the guilt of destroying mother nature.

the hard part is disconnecting all the hoses, i ended up just taking a saw to all of them then ripping the condenser out with a krobar(sp).

Hey guys, Just a quick question.. i was under the impression that the Type-K FCD had no dial on it. I just got mine and it had a dial. It is the type K3 and it was specified as being the correct FCD for the supra, and even comes with directions for an MKIII. Just correct me if i'm wrong, i'm...

I'm running it and i love it, i have it blow through mode. I'll have to get some pics. advantages: tunable better MPG atmosphere vented Bov MAF is cheaper than stock AFM, and more durable.

Thanks guys, I will be updating this post with a lil "feature" of my car, interior, exterior, mods, just as soon as i get the car tuned. The video will have better compression too.. its pretty hard to tell from that file that it is actually a 3 chip broadcast quality camera filming that.
