I imagine you've already checked on this, but the Tsrm says to check:
Fusible links
Fuses
EFI fuse
Wiring connections
ECU itself
It mentions a few other things related to the afm and coolant temp sensor, but i would doubt those in this case.
Have you checked for codes?
If you simply strip the green paint off the interior parts, i think the car will last alot longer....people wont try to set it on fire...
But yeah, a BIC pipe and proper intake is a good place to start. As for the intake, did you need a new accordian section, or just the filter unit?
Plug and play? There's none really, except perhaps the AEM i believe.
I think the DIY-PNP plugs straight in as well, but doesn't 'play' right out of the gate.
