well if its a JDM 7mge then you'll have to switch out the oil pan, because there was no 7mge supra in Japan, only the cressida/chaser or whatever.
With that said, I'd go Canadian.
an external is no better than an internal.. the only benefit is allowing the WG and turbine to be seperated (with a dump tube).. possibly allowing more flow.. but that all depends on your exhaust setup and turbo as well. however, if you have an external and no dump, exhaust gases could be sucked...
i've had both pleasant and unpleasent experiences.. the took there time shipping out a part.. so they next day aired it to me. This other time they didnt let me know they didnt have a part in stock until i called.
i went to a junkyard and found some fresh supra seats from an 86.5 (non-eletric), I took those bad boys home for 30 bucks! Keep your eyes open they're out there.
Ok, so i think i fixed the problem. I set my boost controller at 19.8 psi with a limiter and warning feature which sets my boost pressure back to the actuator spring's default if it reaches over 20 psi. My boost sits at 19.6 (not complaining). The car feels so much more powerful BTW. Its nice...
no, I'm trying to just run 1 bar too. I was just asking for future reference. The question was just in terms of boost controllers.. but anyways, I guess its not a big deal.
