when you say the pressure goes away, do you mean the pedal drops? If so id replace bmc and bleed thoroughly (thats if you're 110% sure theres no leaks and no air in the lines already)

It doesnt seem to be a coil problem, its not a timing problem, and if anything running a 550 chip with bigger injectors would make you run rich because the computer thinks hes only injecting 550 cc fuel amounts but its throwing much more. If anything, lowering the fuel pressure to compensate...
