If you've bled it properly I would suggest adjusting the pedal under the dash.

if its a r154 make sure the rod on the slave is actually pushing on the clutch fork, sometimes when installed it can slip out of place.

If you want something thats not too loud look into the Tanabe, the HKS for a more OEM look. Check out clips on youtube to hear them before you buy. Keep in mind a tubular manifold will change the sound, and a divorced downpipe will as well.

you could get the black nylon and use colored nylon wire sleeve over it to make it any color you want. like this stuff. Lots of colors available.
