Hell, I'd love it to become a collector's car but as fool'ssupra said there's not many people who know about them and what they're capable of other than their owners. And its not as if they're especially rare either like the muscle cars are. And the whole collectors thing is mostly a European...
1 word: Walmart
Trust me they will take ANYTHING back :biglaugh:. They're too stupid and underpaid to care.
And Sony's pro duo sticks. There's a compact flash slot too but I haven't seen one of those ancient cards in years.
The Greddy style front bumper would be the cleanest that I'm aware of that has a fair amount of flow intercooler. You can get replica's for alot cheaper but here's the real deal (ignore the wing): http://www.andysautosport.com/toyota/1986_1992_supra/exterior/body_kits/greddy/gred00074955.html...
Weird setup, and kind of pointless considering the price when you could go out and buy an entire aftermarket front bumper that's designed to flow air to the intercooler for the same or less with no sketchy modding.
The oem sub is nothing like I thought it would look like, still really want to get ahold of one though. Does the factory HU of the pre 89's accept the sub?
idk I didn't look into it past when I saw it was only for the mkiv. And I can't seem to find the website again, I just happened across it I wasn't looking specifically for them although it would be pretty cool.
I saw a company who was advertising them the other day as the only company who made carbon fiber moldings for the supra but unfortunately they only make them for the mkiv...
Well the 2 possible problems I see is you would have to consider the actual bumper structure behind it, to pull off the look you'd basically have to mold the fiberglass around it, but the problem with that would be you couldnt have it as 2 separate pieces so you'd loose the whole look.
