Ok 1 more question, Would you recomend useing 2.5 in IC pipe with the Q45 throttle body ( that I just bought ) which is about 3.5 inches in diameter?

Ok so long as I have good flow there should be no "lag". I have a Q45 TB was debaiting on what size intercooler to get. I knew I was getting a 3in inlet/outlet with 3in pipe but some one told me that all that was going to take a lot of time to fill up and create pressure.

Will this lead to turbo lag if your not making over 600hp?

A "rebuildable core" should be just that, rebuilable but depending on the amount that you spent on it I would probabally persue.

Speaking of emisions, do you guys see any problem with changing my timing so that i have valve overlap? I am tring to figure out a way to pass emisions when the time come since by then i will be running a RonR. FFIM with no egr. Do you see any danger in it? Think it youls work?

The bubbling sound cant be good. Had a car overheat on me and didn't notice it until i got out of the car and heard the noise, next thing i knew coolent was everwhere. Thank god it was my corolla instead of my supra. lol
