    7MGTE Ignitor Operation & Alternative Ignition Coils

    In a configuration controlled by the stock ecu, is a DH61 igniter a viable option? And if so, is there any benefit to it over the original igniter? I was never clear on this.

    Code 14 Fix - 1990 Supra

    Yup- Happened to a number of us on here, including myself. In my case, the harness would heat up on the egr valve to the point where the short in the wiring would blow the efi fuse. After about 10 minutes, it would be cool enough so that the short would disappear, and it would stop blowing the...

    1986.5 7mge -> 2jzge my very first build.

    Sorry to hear about all the A-holes messing with your $$ lately. I just spent $1200 to replace my blown LG tv, and $2900 on a new HVAC system. So money's been flying outta my pocket, too. And not much of it to the Supra, either.

    Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

    Well, I haven't been driving mine, but I have been trying to tune it. Yesterday, I was busy messing with the idle, and I see that I'm suddenly leaking oil out of the front timing cover 'weep hole'. So I pulled the rad(which needed to be tig'ed anyway), the covers and everything else. But I...

    Project 88 MKIII - A Calgary build

    Those are nice, solid numbers. Anything above that becomes a traction issue, and more work/ less fun to drive.

    Project Git 'er done!: Stages 1, 2, 3,...NOW FOUR!

    I know you guys think I gave up or something, but i didn't. I've just been too busy to work on my car. Only thing I have to report lately, is that I replaced my crap Chinese $15 Ebay fpr with a fuel labs unit. It fix my rail pressure bleed-off somewhat, so I'm happy I spent the money...

    Coolant tubes dont match Cygnus diag.

    Ive used that in the past as well, but it will eventually crack from exhaust heat. I installed my last one with some reflective DEI heat tape around it, and it lasted for 6+ years, with no cracking.

    Aeromotive FPR Issue - High pressure at idle / Low pressure with boost

    The connections look good, but the original vac line to the fpr was the small vac line under that large 90 degree vac line on the side of the intake manofold. Whats connected to that now? Also, what size lines are those? AN6? I used to live in Kennesaw too. Now i'm in Lawrenceville.
