Never heard of 450rwhp been achieved on stock intercooler but for $120 this one seem to be a good upgrade and better flowing than stock. I already have the 2.5 hard pipes goint to the stock intercooler, so now i just need to cut and paste to this one and get some 3-4 ply couplers with t-bolt clamps.

By the way anybody know were to get some slicone couplers im gonna replace all of mine and go with some t-bolt clamps??? That answers my question starscream5000 thanks

I just finished breakin in my rebuilt 7mgte. First of all use staright 30 dyno oil with no additives, i used the one they sell at walmart for 1.25 a bottle and a supertech filter it was less than 10 dollars. Did about 500 miles on this oil then changed to an autozone special 5 quarts...

Like you said there is no emissions in Alabama so dont sweat it and just get a test pipe. Any muffler shop will be able to fabricate one for you or you can but one from one of our vendors here in SM. Pm john from mdc motorsports he can fab one for you. TEST PIPE FTW:evil2:

k ill do that too, now that u mention that i jiggled the harness close to the cps and it kind of wanted to start ill chek the wires tomorrow along with the sensors. Im gonna go ahead and pass through autozone and get a volt/ohm meter to check the sensors resistances ....

Its not the timing belt every belt seal on the car is new i just rebuilt the engine and head and replaced every seal and belt it has 1000 miles since rebuilt i cranked it for the first time on christmas eve.... i dont know were to look for im gonna go and check every sensor with ohm meter...

Well i made it back so were do you shim the oil pump at with the washers im almost done assembling the block ill be installin the manifolds and all the attachments but i need to know were to shim the oil pump ill check in an hour im goin to work on the engine ....oohh what size of washers to buy...
