2jz block with a 1jz head is called a 1.5jz. Im not sure about drilling a hole in the block though. Never worked on a 2jz or 1jz. Theres no way to overcome fuel cut without fuel mods.
Got 17.7 a few days ago. 550's, 255lh, lex afm, AFPR, 60-1, ton of other stuff.
This was driving with 1 full throttle pull. Not much boosting on that tank.
Just build your self one. Super easy. Lowes or Home Depot will have everything. If you want you could google search it, theres bound to be a ton of stuff on how to make one.
Theres only one way you can put the clutch fork in. Its extremely obvious how its supposed to be. If its only moving half way then there is something wrong with your slave cylinder or master cylinder.
Supposedly someone has pulled the oil pan with the motor in the car. But I dont really see how without having to lift the motor. Its much much easier to just pull the motor and turn it upside down then to try and work on your bottom end laying on your back.
Ohh and if you do end up shimming...
I wouldnt really drive the car til you put 6 quarts in it and put a new filter on. Just to make sure you dont spin a rod bearing. Better safe than sorry. Try not to drive the car til.
If the car is turbo then its an R154. If its non-turbo its a W58. Although it could have been through a swap. The R154 and W58's have different slave cylinders.
