ummmm i thought tsrm says that you temporarly tighten it so you can get the belt fitted, then once its fitted you loosen the tensioner bolt it will spring back then thats when you tighten it again to i think 32ft. lbs. "self tension" so there is no need for a pry bar, only a screw driver to pull...

If I'm looking at the diagram correctly the tank holds your fuel. The low pressure pump fills the surge tank. The high pressure pump takes the fuel from the surge tank to the injectors. All returned fuel returns to the surge tank. If the surge tank over-fills with fuel it returns to the tank. So...

what i do is slip it over the intake cam first then the exhaust, the aftermarket gears are fidenza's btw.
they are the same size as the stocks, as for the spacing i mean by eye it looks the same, there are 3 holes on them.
personal opinion time..... HKS w/stopper but i see what you mean lol but it also depends on the surface's condition to. if for whatever reason your surfaces got damaged or warped at all you could be screwing yourself by trying to swap gaskets.
