im not sure about 9.5" wide, but doc J was running 9's with 275 (iirc) all around on the big brown beast. go poke around and see what he was using for an offset. i think it could be possible to run 9.5 inch wide wheels all around, you would just have to get the right offset, maby roll the fender...
