Honestly, you should just spend your money once and buy a quality valve, not a knockoff. I'm not saying that knockoff's don't work good, I'm just saying that when the life of your turbo (and possibly engine) is at risk, I'd rather go with tried and true quality parts

yes, but stock hg size is 1.37mm iirc, and the HKS he has is only 1.2mm. Plus the block and head had to be partially shaved to achieve the proper RA for the headgasket to seal, so he's probably sitting somewhere around 1mm thickness. I'll honestly say I do not know how to calculate compression...
