Sadly those scenes ruined the entire movie for me. There was nothing in the originals even close to as ridiculous.

** UPDATE ** I ran into more problems the next day. Same thing, brake lights not lighting up. Tinkered around with everything... found a solder point on the brake light relay box ( or whatever its called ) lose. Soldered it, and bam problem solved. Feels nice having all the little warning...
