I just got done doing a turbo swap but dont have the gte ECT (Trans computer). The car will not go past second gear, I am not sure if it is a problem with the trans or if the ECT is the problem. So the question is will a ge trans computer run a gte trans.

Check the oil supply hose and return line to make sure there not leaking. Check both the turbo and engine side of the lines this is a common leak spot.

Could be noisy injectors, mine sound like valves ticking they always have. No problem out of them though.
