Yes Nick, I understand that. What you seemingly are failing to see is that a lot of people that don't know the terminology (coil over shock) see coilovers as the combination of the spring over the shock with adjustable height and dampening.
But enough of this back and forth
OP: just save up...
true in the technical sense, that the stock setup does use a coil over shock (or strut) design, but in the sense that everyone thinks of a coilover, the stock setup does not have adjustable valve dampening, nor does it have a height adjustable collar on it
