Indeed but the cranks have numbers indicating the size of the journal stamped into it. So even when ground down an even number across all 6 when you fit bearings one might fit tight and another loose. Best to machine all to the same size for the right bearing and clearance for the application.

If so there will be a big difference in numbers from fresh rings to broken in rings.
I'd ditch the electric fans if I was you. It's already caused you problems so far and you've barely driven it.

sounds like your using the wrong sensor or your wiring is wrong.
You can balance the crank with crank puley and fly wheel. Leave clutch off.
Also can get the rods and pistons weighed and balanced.
If you take it to a quality machine shop they should know what to do.
You really only need the ecu pin outs and the ma70 body plug pin outs.
The rest you can figure out with a multi meter. Not too hard. Just verify by color wire and then use the ohm meter and make sure you have continuity as there are multiples of the same color wire.
