Ok let me rephrase my question. Do you have any other symptoms, these may point to a BHG, but like I said before its not something to worry about.

Air in the heater core/connected lines. Not something to worry about. Any other symptoms that could lead to BHG?

Alright thanks. I'm still curious about the switch though. The speed control does more than just cruise though doesn't it? I would think something else would not be working correctly if this part died.

The switch is bad even though the relay inside is working correctly and has power through it to the resume accel canc buttons? Yup batt voltage on pin 10. Good body ground on pin 13.

The valve has 4 positions, so it should noticeably move. I do not know how far the total movement is though. Do you have it off the vehicle and are testing it? Yeah sounds bad, you (could) try cleaning it to clear up any gunk and free up.

For future reference the Cruise Control Computer is bright green. Jammed back behind the super monitor control where you can't read it. Is labeled Speed Control on the box. Can anyone confirm this?
