Indeed but the cranks have numbers indicating the size of the journal stamped into it. So even when ground down an even number across all 6 when you fit bearings one might fit tight and another loose. Best to machine all to the same size for the right bearing and clearance for the application.

The only issue with that is pieces of the wire wheel flying everywhere. Not hating on wire wheels just with using one for that much under coating.

You can balance the crank with crank puley and fly wheel. Leave clutch off. Also can get the rods and pistons weighed and balanced. If you take it to a quality machine shop they should know what to do.
