That is the only route I know of. Buy online and save at least 25%. To give you an example, the lower rear window exterior trim piece is $94.64 when I bought it last year (p/n 75575-14170). Other pieces are similar. Haven't hit anything discontinued yet, but I'm sure that day is coming.
That turned out well. It seems like you did not remove the corner pieces, is that correct? They were painted at the factory, and over time the dust abrades the paint off. Same for the windshield wiper arms. The big trim pieces are plastic coated, and the plastic eventually cracks and falls off...
The voltage is going to be the same, assuming no insane boost levels, as the voltage limiter is the ionizing breakdown voltage of the mixture across the plug gap.
I would describe them as cool white. The color looks the same as what you see on a late model Lexus with LED plate lights. It is definitely not a warm white.
Be careful, SBL lists both a #194 and #89 for the license plate bulbs for some reason. Stock is a #89. I prefer the one I linked on Ebay to the SBL 9-LED version.
These ones fit (barely). http://www.ebay.com/itm/330988027133?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

They typically consist of two long throw drivers, same style as any typical Bose sub. The one I have is from a 2005 Nissan Murano. You have to make sure that you get one for a 16" wheel.
JJ's right of course. The oil nerds have given it the seal of approval over on BITOG. Its not the only good choice out there, but for me I can get it in 5 qt jugs at walmart for $25.

You can find this stuff on ebay too. The quality can be very bad though.
Some comments. The rear hatch and red door lights are 28mm festoons. Most places say 31mm which will fit with bending, but does not match the stock bulb length.
The license plate lights are #89. These have BA15s...
I have used Penzoil Plat 5W-30 for years now. Like most, its a GrpIII base, but has good recommendations on BITOG. NAPA Gold filter (same as Wix).
Suggest you run 1 qt over full given your leak problem.
Interesting info on the processor. The danger is the MCU is proprietary, and therefore there aren't any publicly available development tools. That was the case for the ECU where the MCU is also fab'd by Toshiba.
Maybe I am missing the point, but isn't there a different speedo adapter you can...
Helicoils are actually very easy to remove without drilling. There is triangular tool on the end of a screwdriver that you can poke into the hole, and turn it out backwards. It will unwind the top coil, and then as you push down the coil winds up tighter, and out it comes. The tool is made by...
Quite true. Note that the output current for this particular alternator (which is not the OEM Denso) is about 50% of full output at idle (1700rpm shaft speed). That is pretty typical of any alternator.
5.25" don't fit in any of the oem boxes. Not sure what your plan is with them?
The 3.5"s from the factory are in parallel with the rears, and have an inline cap to make them high frequency fill only. If you put them in without the cap, your low frequency impedance will get down to 2ohms or...
