    Sorry to burst your bubble but when the head overheats and warps, the ENTIRE HEAD will warp. Its not localized to the bottom sealing surface. Decision is up to you but I wouldn't use the head, as mentioned before.

    Yeah they are on sale sometimes. Or clearance. I try to burn media at 2X so I could care less about speed, I am for best quality burns I can get. Capacity is 8.5GB and it is possible to use all of it if you know how.

    Yup use them alot. Haven't ran in to alot of bad DL media. 60$ for 25 you are overpaying. I usually get it from staples on sale.

    I have Unobtanium for the #4 bushings as listed in the manual, they fit just fine. In the Rear Upper Control Arms I have Superpro's. Here is what they look like installed, with a spacer on the inside. Although I believe the Unobtanium don't require spacers. Your arm should fit, are you sure...

    As long as you have 2 working valves that don't leak this would be a good idea. Just a second controlled boost leak. As you said, just to be sure you don't have surging. Do it.
