Seen many threads like this with many different cam companies. It's usually because of how it was tightened down. Big cams and stronger valve springs don't help either.
LOCTITE No. can get some stuff called gasgacinch. Its a gasket sealer but it gets real sticky so you can put it in a couple places and then stick it up.
It looks like its not sold seperate and only comes with the arm linkage which is discontinued.
Post in the wtb section and look in the for sale section. there is usually more than 1 part out going on at all times which you should be able to find one pretty easily.

You can pull the cap off the end of the stock. remove the white clip by pulled the 2 tabs apart and pull the rotating part off hte stock. bend the tabs out and re install.

To check resistance you need to power down and isolate.
Check for 12v with ign on on b1 and b2 which both are b+ black/red wires.
If 12v then unplug iac connector and unplug ecu connectors and perform resistance check on the wires from the iac connector to the ecu connectors.
