    Naw im ok thanks tho. The reason for thicker crush washer is if you screw the banjo bolt in all the way and then hold the brake line up to it there is a clear space. For something so important its better to just replace them since there cheap(supposed to be replaced every time there removed...

    replace it. remove the rubber bolt and there is a 10mm bolt behind there and a connector that pulls out.

    You just need to feel or listen for air. Personally I'd rather run the 1jz block. It's a lot stronger.

    Valves. If it was rings air would be leaking into the crank case. If it was hg air would be coming out of the cooling system.

    There is no reason to switch to a 10 anything oil. 5w or 0w works and flows the best. and stock spec for oil pressure is 4.3psi at hot idle. the oil pressure is not low. also prolly the most overlooked item in any build on a 7m is old oil squirter bolts which im not sure if you posted...

    Iirc dm sells an electronic speedo sensor for r154. Also if you were relacing the broken speedo with used ones get a new one and route it correctly and keep it away from the down pipe and they won't break. There breaking on you for a reason.

    The iac should be in the very most open position when started. The relay stays on for a couple seconds after engine shut down to pull the valve fully open and reset it's position. When it reaches full position you will hear the little clicking noise from it.

    What happens when you ground te1? Ecu controls ground to w when te1 is ground or when a certain codes are set.

    struts and seals need to be in good condition. If you cant lift up when the hatch is latched then the latch is prolly not an issue.

    kw does not list any sway bars for any car on there site. doubt they would make a 1 off for the mk3 considering they have no intentions of making a coilover for the mk3.

    Replace the rubber bump stops with new ones. The ones on the side get new bolts as well as they strip easy since they have loctite on them.

    remove stock bpv and blow through it. If you can its bad. also you can perform a boost leak test.
