i believe the 7m throttle cable is too long. you have to get a 2jz cable if im not mistaken. Actually I take that back. I dont know about the 7m cable. I was thinking of the 1jz cable.

when you get the MAFT-PRO, translate to speed density so the eliminates your afm. then you can use that 4in intake.

i think that should get you in the 450 range. anyone please back me up if im wrong. or if money is not an issue for you, look into the boss lipp sr series turbos from suprasport.com. they are a direct bolt-on for the mkIII and from what ive heard, they are good turbos.
