It require 30% fuel to keep the motor from popping from running too lean not to make power ;)
what 30% more fuel does is puts it around the lambda = 1 range which is how you tune any fuel anyway.
At Lambda = 1. E85 has more energy content (due to having to have more fuel) than the...
psst
it is not physics
it is chemistry 101
you don't ever tune any fuel in a car to gallons ;)
you tune to lambda
at the SAME lambda of 1. E85 will make MORE power (and consequently has more BTU) than the same lambda of Gasoline. And the same falls true for Methanol v Gasoline or...
i know the MKIV guys that ran the manual 6 speed chose to run a chrome moly clutch that weighed almost the same as OEM for drag as they weren't bogging as much due to stored energy with the heavier flywheel.
and that is what 3p is alluding to.
The WHEELS have LOTS more stored energy than the DS.
The flywheel & clutch combo has MORE stored energy than the DS does.
They take more energy to turn but they STORE more energy. They are in essense flywheels (teh clutch/Flywheel, wheels, Driveshaft)...
He did
but that was an oversight and not FOD (foreign Object Damaged).
IE, a bolt was sticking out to far in the trans tunnel and gouged the CF. One hard launch. Insta-sweeper.
what are those CFM rated at?
if it is with zero pressure drop. those CFM rating are as useful as bad case of hemeriods with no preperation H. That radiator will cause a significant amount of pressure drop across the fan (read a hell of lot lower number than the 2800 cfm that you are quoting)...
You don't!
Hell even different manaufacture oils with "0W" will have DIFFERENT viscosities at the SAME temprature.
It all depends how they are acheiving 0W. ;) but with that said. the viscosity is taken at 0 degree F for the W. Any other temps and the viscosity is variable depending on LOTS...
John Reed is in an expert in lots of EMS.s
so then it becomes a matter of YOUR budget.
Ie...MoTeC SYSTEM will easily climb into the $8,000 range (MoTeC 820+M820 Harness + CDI-8+CDI-8 harness plus tuning). Flex fuel will add a bit more but John reed is one of the Pioneers in the E85. Yes...
BlueRolex
with time.. The cable in the motor compartment is black.. with gunk. If you wipe it is blue.
But that cable is screwed on to the compressor along with a quick disconnet spade. You mean that is not there?
Zum
correct
but they are talking about a completely dry system (think replace ALL those parts with no oil in them).
So that is why good idea to flush the system and start from scratch.
First off
is it a BRAND SPANKING new stock OEM damper? If it is not, then toss it for High HP. Age causes the "rubber" portion to become..like a rock. Worthless.
ATI damper. Call it a day and have SFI approval also.
Depends on which Deutsch connecter..
There autosport series uses (stateside) DMC crimpers... Specifically the MH860 series. If you use the AF-8 and the AFM-8 then yes, you are looking at $500 in crimpers, positioners and turrets. MH860 crimps all the autosport (Mil-c-39999 series 1-4) pins and...
Nick M screw up with the 3/4 assesment.
then you try and lay into him that with his logic which is actually not logic but a simple math error if he is using the 5th gear to calculate, otherwise he is using 3rd to calculate which he is actually correct HENCE the need to be very clear on what...
