Do you mean like if you put aftermarket seats in? You can use the seatbelt "clips" from a older toyota of the same era of the mk3. You can use a set out of a tercel- they bolt right into the transmission tunnel.

I Think its after the o2 sensor because exhaust smoke seem too come out from there...it is blueish at times. oil leak or oil deposit?
