so all u have is the 57trim with 3inch exhaust, and ic piping?

you would need the supra driveshaft but u only would be using the rear part of it and the front part of the cressida driveshaft.

another question. a friend of mine has an upgraded ct that was on a car he had that the previous owner put on but doesnt know what trim. how can u tell the differences visually or can u at all cuz for all i know it can be a 60-trim

that link is for a na-t swap. if ur just bolting turbo parts on a ge u can still use the ge electronics but u CANNOT have a gte engine and still use the ge harness/ecu. the ge uses a dizzy, the ecu doesnt have the fuel maps for when the motor comes on boost, different ignitor, etc. the gte uses...

i recently completed a gte swap in my 91 cressida. none of the 7mge electronics will work with the gte. as far as tranny, u can run a manual with both a manual and auto ecu but u can only run an auto off of a auto ecu.

so there wouldnt be any issues with fuel unless pushing high boost? say like 12psi

i might just do that then.

can u notice the difference in power between the ct on stock boost and the 57? i wonder if the same holds true for a 60trim

So 10psi with a 57trim on a stock setup minus intake and exhaust wont harm the car? I have been pondering this also but figured it would be a waste of time unless i had other mods i.e. injectors wideband piggybacks.

many people when doing a hg replacement dont do a oil change/flush. that sometimes causes bearing knocks.
