I think everyone has the right to say something especially when someone admits to driving like an ass on public roads. Have we all done it? Sure, but most don't make it public knowledge.

No motor yet. I'm trying to get the body and mechanical things done first, then I'll focus on the drivetrain.

No major updates. Got the hood back on and the car home for the winter. I'll be working in things over the winter, then taking the car back to the shop to finish all the body work.

Thanks! I have yet to strip it. Not sure the best way yet or what I'm going to re-coat it with. If anyone has any ideas, I would appriciate it.

Pretty much the whole thing is coming apart again to finish the body work, paint the engine bay, undercoat the underside and paint the car.

Oh it's not done yet. I'll be painting those later. I was on a time crunch to get the car mobile.

The shop that did the media blasting and powdercoating used high heat masking. They masked everything inluding any bolt holes.

So I thought I would share my progress so far with my restoration build. The car started out as an 87 turbo with the stock 7M. The previouse owner converted it to the 89-92 style. I've completely stripped the car down to the shell. I've done some rust repair, but need to do a little more...

Started putting the front and rear subframes back on the car so I can move it.

Car won't be done until at least next summer so I won't be able to give a review for a while.
