Yeah I've tried that route. The 92 I had a few years ago had the rear quarter replaced. I was told by the original owner the last two panels were ordered from Japan and used on that car. And yes, it cost him a fortune too. I had all the original recipts for the work and it was well over...

A little update. Did some more scrapping under the car. Couple shots of the condition. It's pretty good. Rockers are solid. Just some minor surface rust in places and a hole In the floor I've fabricated a panel for, just have to weld in. Oh and a couple shots of the front and rear suspension...

We can build a mould pretty much as big as we want. CNC router. My buddy does this for a living. We're going to use epoxy infusion method to make very light but very strong fiberglass quarters. I'll then blend them in to the existing sheet metal.
