im almost sure its the stage 5 GTS gt61 bb i have.. ordered from suprasport, have tried to ask them for exact specs but havnt got an answer... if thats what u meant?
ok, good info from you guys!! i will check that filter tomorrow.
ok, faster spoolup, i have tried to change my maft pro to get faster spoolup but i get full boost at about 4200 rpm... i thought it would be much faster with the bb??
by the way heres my dyno results:
ok reason i ask is that i first ordered a boss gts 60 but it had gone out so i took the 61 wheel option with bb... and thats all i know abou the turbo.. that the inducer is 61mm. dont know how much power it can handle but im sure much more than the 408 rwhp i made on 20 psi..?
good to hear from the manufacturer =) by the way whats the differnce between the 60-1 and the gt61??? and the difference between the gts and garret except in/out size of compressor house?
i made 408 rwhp today with 641 nm torque (473 ft lbs) at 20 psi...
pretty nice numbers i think but i would like more of course =)
as for the turbo oiling is it the oil restrictor you are talking about ???
im running 22 psi on my boss gts 61 with dual ceraimc ball bearings now with maft pro (speed density) and im wondering how much this turbo would hold up to? and also the fact that i cant change the timing how much i could boost without blowing it up? timing is set to 7 degrees at 800 rpm. i have...
at first i was into Ross pistons but something felt rght with wisecos hehe..
well i can tell you that the car is running like a wild bull! =) almost getting scared of it :icon_bigg
but if a bearing will go out wouldnt that happened by now? well... time will tell
yepp youre right. theres a "thing" that is in front direction on stock rods.. but theres nothing on the eagles.. also i installed Wisecos and just installed like it is original.. because the only thing thats different on the eagles is where you put in the bearings, whats it called!? hmm where...
yepp youre both right! the bearing grooves are on the same side and also they are facing the intake side!
at least i hope it should be this way cause now the engine is reaady to drop ito the car :naughty:
The are the same as stock rods. so i installed the pistons on the rods just like its on stock. but im almost sure that it doesnt matter what way you put in the rods as long as you put the piston in the right way as someone said before..
thanks for help
yes that i know=) but the rod looks the same on both sides and theres no oil hole on the big end.. it looks just like i can install them what way i want to... i will check them again and see..
edit: ok i see what you mean now thanks for help!
well im about to install rods and pistons but do the rods have to be inserted in a special direction? i cant see anything in the paper that came with them and nothing on the rods either... so it doesnt matter huh??
thanks for help
