very useful info. i plan on just building the motor to be reliable.something that will still go for another 10 yrs. im not looking to make a whole lot of power out of it. i'll just do some minor upgrades like k&n intake, new exhaust, maybe in the future new headers. but as far as a racing motor...

im actually getting a gte head+cams too on my ge block.

*IF YOU PULLED THE HEAD* Go to advance auto parts and you can do thier "loan a tool" service. they have the clamp shape compressor tool which is best for the 7m head. you pay $50 and they give you 45 days to use it. bring it back and they give you your money back. simple
