you can actually pop them off easy enough with just taking the 4 bolts off and pulling the throttle body off. you dont have to go any further than that.

im pretty sure you could find a universal antenna at an auto parts store, remove the motorized one, disconnect the "antenna" wire from the radio, and then hook into the existing thick antenna cable

spacers *shudders*... in my world, mainly offroad/4x4, we would slap you for saying you want to correct improper offset with spacers. the rims look good, but the stress that spacers put on the wheel studs is insane. i would never recommend spacers, but if you must buy the spacers at least buy...
