hello, Sorry for the stupid question, but i bought a set of 2nd hand arp studs from a guy on this forum and there was no washers in the package, am i supposed to use my old stock washers or no washers at all???? i know, im an idiot!

sweet. the shop that did my headwork gave me a "complimentary" bottle of assembly lube. its green lookin stuff. so that should work fine then?

I am waiting for a set of 2nd hand arp studs in the mail. The seller said it doesnt come with the moly lube. is there a brand name of moly lube or another oil i can use that will give me the same results??

sorry for the hijack but just wondering something. if you have to order the proper thickness MHG due to the head being machined, then what do you do if you had your head machined, but are using a stock hg???

I swapped out my turbo a few weeks ago and when i was done, there was smoke rolling from the exhaust side. i got nervous and couldnt figure it out. turns out the penetrating oil i used to get the nuts off was burning. it went away after a good drive. just a thought:sarcasm:
