Do you have alot of pressure on the radiator hoses while it's running? Any water in the oil or steam coming out of the exhaust when you first start it? If you have any of these then you might have a blown head gasket. Were you low on coolant before you started it? Find any external coolant leaks?

    Condensate in oil

That's a good way of looking at it. Personally I've been using BG products on my own cars and on customer cars (my shop carries it) for a few years now and I've never had problems with it. All of their products are just cleaners and conditioners. The only thing that you have to watch out for...

    Hello all!

Thanks guys. My power goals are around 500whp but I want to keep it street legal. But here in Las Cruces, we don't have emissions checks so it's easier.

    Condensate in oil

If you still have any milky oil, there is a product from BG that I usually use when I get a car in that has water in the oil. It's called 109 Compression restore. Though it's meant for carbon build up, it's great for cleaning out everything. You can probably find a shop near you that carries it...

1995 lexus gs300 overheating assistance please.

First off, if the car is running with the radiator cap off, the water pump can put out enough pressure that it can blow water out. If the car is cooled down, put the radiator cap on and start the car. Grab the upper radiator hose and feel how much pressure there is (careful, it may be hot). If...

    Corolla auto transmission question...

I agree. Though some cars can develop a problem after a transmission flush. If the flush was done well after the manufacturer recommends, sometimes the new detergent in the new fluid can cause clutch material build up that was stuck to the walls of the transmission case and the torque converter...

    Hello all!

Ok, first off my name is Anthony and I own an MKIII Supra. Now that I've got that off my chest, I'm new to the Supra scene, but not to cars. I've worked on cars since I was about 7 and really got into it when I was 16. I'm now employed as a professional Auto Tech and I have a degree in the...
