Hey I have a Auto 89+ wire harness and i am putting in a 5 speed r154 (dono from what year) and i need to connect the abs (3 wires) and speed sensor (2 wires) The problem being the plugs have been cut on the tranny side and i need to know what color wires and from where go to what. I have...

1. Check your spark plug gap and gap them to .028 2. check your coils for cracks> when they get hot the crack may make spark escape to your valve covers ... if there is cracks an easy fix is to use some clear finger nail polish and put a few layers over the cracks. hope i helped! Matt'!~

Take apart the ignitor and add an external ground. The ignitors are known to have bad grounding issues making it not spark. East to take apart and locate what wire is ground. Good luck Matt'!~

yes that is the correct plug.. ma70 m1 plug the brown wire is the ground! to see if it works just use a buddy clip and clip it to the brown wire and ground it. Matt'!~

No when i hook up the wire for the temp the temp gauge just keeps going up and up and up. someone mentioned that it could be a ground. What wire do i ground. (brown) but where do i find this wire? Thanks

I understand that the 7m sender has no clearnece for screwing in but does it have the correct threads to screw into the block? meaning that i can take the sender to the local parts store and just get a braided line using the sender as the piece to test the treads? Thanks

I have a 88 7mge (targa if it matters) I can do it any way possible. The one wire way seems it might be the best way. Also my tach doesnt work, i just put a 7mgte tach in(was told turbo tach would work)

confirmed the 94 maxima sohc power steering pressure line works. its long but it works good! Thanks again everyone!
