That sounds good:biglaugh:. Did any of you guys go to the rightcoasttuner show in oswego last year. There was two mk3's there plus mine. One was white with red interior, automatic turbo I think. And I can't remember what the other one was.
You guys need to look at a map:icon_razz. Upstate NY is Watertown and above. As far as I know I'm the only one in upstate NY(Potsdam).
Another good website is NYspeed.com. Highly recommend.
Yes I would go with 4.5 ohms. If you havn't wired them in yet just cut the old injector clips off and wire in the new ones the same way. Then with your ohm meter got to the stinger ecu and measure the impedance at the end of the wiring harness that plugs into the stinger. This will give you what...
It all depends on your application. I see that aaron has some that drop into a 7mgte fuel rail if thats what you using then yes. If not then you will need to buy the rail from him also, which wouldn't be a bad thing to do anyways.
For the impedance you can use an ohm meter and get a diagram...
From what I've heard the cheap blue windshield washer fluid is what people use for running meth injection. If you are worried about the seals in the system you could use this. Not sure what type of cooling this would provide, but I'm sure better and than just water. For Drift nuts I think this...
You can't go by that. Baking times for parts are going to depend on a lot of factors. The stove, the type of metal and how thick you load the powder up. Like anything practice makes perfect.
I got an electric one from sears $150 I think. Works nice, not sure how it stacks up against a professional air unit. For people just doing small projects out of there garage I would get one.
I think the hardest part to powercoating is getting the part really clean and baking times.
The system was leaking and when I went to the 1jz. The compressor that I got didn't work, even with the 7m top on it. Plus with the big single the lines are in the way of my intercooler piping. I liked the a/c, but this is only a weekend car anyways. When its not being worked on.
Yeah, I'm up in ny and see only a handful of 80 degree days. So it's not that hot. Has anybody ever experianced powersteering failure or just read about it in race cars.
I can't see that little line cooling the fluid much especially with the heat that a race motor would put off.
Looking to see if people unhook the powersteering cooler without any problems happening (little metal loop behind the bumper). The lines are in the way of my new intercooler piping set up.
Does anybody else have a probably like this. My car doesn't try to die, but watching the a/f ratio I can see it change a decent amount. Just wounding if it's normal or what is normally done to fix this problem.
Hey thats not close to NY. :3d_frown:
But I'm sure that I will need some help come spring to tune my car. I tried last year and I think that I hurt the motor. So we'll see what spring brings.
I just really need someone to show me how to run the stinger. I understand how it works, I think...
