The rewire dosen't keep your lights on all the time. You can turn them on with OR WITHOUT the headlights.

If you can't find any lights that go in the bumper of an Evo VI, then you're looking at bumper customization to fit bigger or smaller factory lights for another car. How about 06'-09' Mustang GT fogs? If you can find them...With those lights, you may not have to put your headlights up!!
