hi guys. I just got my car back today. Had the ACT extreme street/strip kit put in and its ridiculously sensitive. When I first got it back the bite point was almost on the floor and seemed to have very little stroke till it released. Ive adjusted the pedal to get the engagement off the floor...
ill look into a battery maintainer. the battery I have now is brand new so no sense in wasting it.
Theres so many car covers at so many different prices. its giving me a headache searching thru them. Is there a decent cover for a decent price thatll be good for winter storage as well as...
ive read that its better to have a full tank to prevent moisture buildup and thus water that causes corrosion in the fuel system. Is this wrong? I don't really know. And placing a large piece of plastic under the car stops moisture from coming up from the floor and sticking to the underside of...
Ok so sadly I live in Ontario Canada and have to store my mk3 for the winter. This is the first time ive had to park a car for a season. I have an indoor space ready to go. Not sure if its heated or not but at least its out of the snow.

Is there a torque spec for these four plugs?
nope don't have it. the bolt is there but the hose support is gone. I just got the car a little while ago and im still trying to figure out what all has been messed with. Ive taken a bunch of pics of the motor and have been meaning to start a thread with them to see what people notice is...
went down to my neighbors place and borrowed his 36" breaker. clearly my 18" wasn't doin it. its pouring rain here now so I gotta wait. ill let ya know what happens.

most of them. gradually increases from front to back. 1 has the least and six has the most. the one with the bolt in it looks like someone tapped the original bolt and threaded a bolt to the top of it

So i did what u said. Pressed the ac button with the motor off. I could hear the click under the hood. Turned the compressor, not seized. But the clutch wont energize. Anyway to fix that or do i need a new compressor?

I bought my 89 a few months ago. been doing little things here and there, ie. ks rewire, plugs, eng oil trans and diff fluid change etc. its getting hot out and my ac doesn't work. when I bought the car the previous owner said the ac didn't work and he wasn't sure why. he owned...
