Yeah not bad at all and your gonna spend about the same amount on the pan assembly alone ..I would check the pan before u purchase tho I just bought a SC motor expecting it to come with a rear sump but the owner had changed the pan out with an aristo front sump so I'm on the hunt again.

the the sc300 comes with a rear sump and will fit the 1jz motor if you pick up a whole new setup can i get the upper pan and pickup
