The outer cover of the cable is broken at the cruise control actuator, the cable is fine.
Can it be fixed by gluing?
Can the cable cover be replaced, what about the complete cable or do I have to replace the actuator and cable assembly?
The problem I have with the cc is there is a delay...
I under stand that the BG is a band aid as was the shop fixing the heater core. The shop said they won't guaranty it won't leak due to its condition.
My plan was to just keep it together until work get busy again so I can pay cash for a new heater core and pipes.
The core had to be soldered...

Got the core in and it leaks:cry: I did add a little sealant to the o-ring. The rad shop said it was leaking at the pipe with the old o-ring. Should of had the shop retest with new o-rings.
I think it is leaking from the o-ring but will no know till I pull it apart. I had...
My 91Toyota Previa had a oil change light. It used driving conditions to calculate the the time it was as due for an oil change.
In the manual it said it was there for a reference to let you know you "should" of changed your oil. I think Toyota put that in the manual as a cop-out just encase...
Does the super monitor use a set amount of miles for an oil change interval or does it take in driving conditions to calculate next change.
If it does take in driving conditions, does it work and should it be followed?

Can't say how the Supra NGK wires are but on my Land Cruiser the NGK wires were poor quality. The rubber boot was not attached to the spark plug stem (the land cruiser plugs are deep below the valve cover).
The rubber would pull apart and you would have to pull the wire to get the wire off the...
I called a radiator shop and they said they could resolder it with no guaranty for about $30. Autozone has them for under $60 (cheap china crap???).
I could go OEM but work is slow so if I have to dig back into the rad my only loss is my time.
One good thing, they have a tool to make the...
