sorry i even mentioned it. i just like the interior the way it wraps around you and puts everything with in arms reach. i was just lloking for what ya'll think. i'm sorry it was like putting salt in an open wound. i want my cars to stand out, with out being all flashy and "riced" with out...
its just a complete unitversal intake i found at autozone for cheap becasue someone brought it back with out the the couplers and it just happened to fit. its a 3" pipe with a 3" coupler at the afm and a 2 1/2" to 3" coupler at the tb. i haven't seen anyone esle with so i like it cause it...
has anyone ever seen or done a mk4 dash in a mk3. i'm thinking bout one day doing a 2jz swap into my car and since i'm going to swap the engine and ecu i'm thinking i should do the dash too. i like the way they look and all that. i never seen or heard of it being done and that would make my...
you don't need the hatch for that you just remove the interior trim around the back seats for that. its not to hard and they are held in from the back. you should be able to remove the trim in bout and hour or so. if you need further help hit me up. also there was a thread bout it like a...
this makes me think its the efi relay which if you need a new one its only like 20 bucks at autozone. so thats a lot better than the other 300ish you would spend getting a new pump, fuel pump relay and cor. as far as i can remenber it follows this path. efi fuse, efi relay, fuel pump relay...
yeah as far as i know everything else pretty much fits i had problems with my us power steering pump on the jdm but it might have just been me. i think i had the jdm bracket on and tried to use the us pump and the bracket didn't fit so i just threw on the jdm one.
i am i'm just making a full list of everything that i need for sure so that i can hopefully get it all from the same person and save on shipping. :naughty:
starting closest to the battery.
efi fuse 15 amp in fuse box under hood
efi relay circle relay in fuse box under hood
fuel pump relay passenger side of the engine compartment on the top of the strut tower
circuit opening relay (cor) passenger side kickpannel i think its a square top relay...
thats why i want something small and pretty much over the back axle that way if i do ever decide to start racing again i'll have more traction. you can have your sandbags i'll have my system.
to answer that question you have to decide exactly what parts you want to replace and which one you have to replace. the average price for a good jdm engine with harness and ecu is about a grand shipped to you and sitting on your door step. but that doesn't include other parts like if you...
i know the feeling bout theives. but you made that box out of mdf or what? where is a good place to get some carpet at that is both fair priced and good quality? i need to redu all the carpeting in the hatch and i was just going to use 1 peice and wrap my box in it too. i'm gonna install it...
i got mine with out the haness and ecu from a place online delivered to my house and everything within 10 days or so of me ordering it and it came with a 6 month unlimited mile warranty. but i forgot to mention that you have to change out for the stock oil pan and oil pump that ain't hard. i...
i like it i mean its different and probaly taks some getting used to but its simple and clean. but supraman7mgte how are those amps working out for you i haven't really heard anything bout them and who made that box for you? it nice and different and clean as hell man. very nice.
i recently did the same thing. you have some questions to ask yourself before you do it though. the easiest way to do it is to get a jdm engine with a complete wiring harness and ecu included with the engine. if you don't get an ecu and wiring harness then you have to hook the egr system up...
thats nice where did you put the amp or amps at for this
ValgeKotkas kkep me posted it looks nice and i bet its loud as hell how much does the box/sub weigh. i bet its heavy as hell too.
i thought it could handle more than that but i ain't looked into to much cause then i'm gonna want one. but 45 hz thats seems way to high to me but then again i don't know. but what kinda db 's are you gettin out of it with the hatch up and down. its gotta be crazy loud while driving. but...
