looking at the where the relay goes in the box it has 5 prongs 1 2 3 4 5 hook a jumper up to 4 and 5 and you should be golden.

yeah as far as i know everything else pretty much fits i had problems with my us power steering pump on the jdm but it might have just been me. i think i had the jdm bracket on and tried to use the us pump and the bracket didn't fit so i just threw on the jdm one.
