Well guys I found out the problem. Its my fuckin power steering pump. I grabbed the pulley and shook it around it has a 1/4 inch of play (in and out and) and (side to side.) and it sounds just like a knock.... Lesson learned :slap: The motor will be going back in this week.

nah just clean it up real good and spray the outside layer on both sides I wouldnt take the layers apart, keep in mind silicone spray or even viton for that matter is not gonna hold compression back. It's main purpose is to fill in small imperfections, water jackets, oil valleys etc. Once again...
I reused mine 3 times as long as it has no cracks it will be fine. You can use goof off, it takes off the viton very easily. Then give it a light shot of copper spray and your good. This is from my expirience only a lot of guys say dont reuse a MHG but I do.
