They actually are based on a local guys' experience. Blew 3 of them up and he's the most anal person I ever met when it comes to doing things RIGHT. Took out the bellhousing the last time it blew.

What's the crank/piston combo expected to cost? Do you only do 6M cranks or do you do 7Ms as well?

LOL, your post made me go into the basement and check the bore on my pistons. I was questioning MY sanity for a second:-) Definitely would've preferred a 3.4 but the 7M didn't start out square to begin with, dammit :-(

I think it's actually a 3.2 unless my bore recollection is off (83.5 right?).

What's going to need to be different in the rotating assembly from stock? Obviously the crank, I inferred pistons (not sure though). I also inferred that stock (or my stock Pauter) rods would be OK. Please confirm what actually needs to be modified from stock. I'm about to build a motor...
