evenly increase from 12 to 33 btdc by the time your at 3000rpm and then keep it there till redline. that will work for a crude map then you could street tune it to fix it up a little then take it to a dyno to get it perfect

try a MBC or another wastegate if you have one

its really easy to have the cps one tooth off check your timing as soon as you can if you dont see the marks line up your off a tooth

i have the same problem, finally went to a mbc which helped but did not fix the problem. i used to use a greddy profec b spec 2 it helped to turn the gain higher than the setpoint and leave the sensitivity all the way down dont really need a solenoid flopping around in there complicating things...

actually its on alot of the manufactuers websites but for ngk the heat range is the 6 in bcpr(6)ep and the next colder heat range is a 7 and so on. also would not recommend the platinums for the cost turbo cars really like the copper plugs, i use ngk bkre7 and love them

yes already read up on it after being corrected, just threw it out there cause it works for me with my ems, which after learning about it i can hardly believe it works so well with my stand alone

maybe you have a slight knock try tapping it with a wrench and see if it throws the code

i belive that one of the main ecu grounds is on the corner of the coil pack its a small but important brass or copper ground make it good

your probably blowing the spark out at that kind of psi, try closing your plug gap, i would go with the ls coils if you really need that much boost

ya i shimmed my wastegate with 5mm worth of washers, it still leaks but much slower to where it is acceptable. i may do 7mm worth of washers in the future but i think that might be pushing the wastegate reliability. But this does work and its a lot cheaper than getting a custom W/G

so ya i just tested my driftmotion IC lines from turbo to intake and held nearly 30psi without leaking. when i drive though i get boost spike up to 17psi and then slowly creeps down to 15psi (my target boost) and sometimes down to 12psi. my question is where else could i be loosing pressure, do...

does someone know if the stock tach is 200volt input or 12volt input? or possible 5v? looks like 200v as the signal comes from the ignitor and not the ecu?
