Fortunately no, I was tuning my idle with the megasquirt and the AFR's went super lean. I had to shut it down and that is when I found the bad injector.

Block off the Throttle body ports. Run the 2 from the valve overs to a catch can. Fill the can with steel wool or baffle it. Thread the catch can with another nipple, run that hose to the accordian hose. Look at this link it might help...
