In Australia we get 91 as our lowest then 95, and we have 98 as our high octane. Some places will stock 94, but that has entanol blended with it to make it cheaper then the 91. I personally only run the 98 in my supra, everything else gets 91... I pay $1.25ish a litre for 98 and $1.15ish for 91.

A machine shop should be able to fix this for you, depending on how bad it is. But if you can get cams and caps for cheap, do that. just make sure everything is well in spec.
