Can the compressor be overhauled if it locks up? Mine sat for a while and I think all the oil leaked out or something, because it won't turn or anything.

See where the end of the hose [the side NOT attached to anything] is pointing? There should be 1 open nipple on the side of the Intake manifold - just within reach of the short hose.
