Shit man, I'm having a similar problem myself. I'm creeping to 5-10 PSI+ over my stock boost setting as I reach high RPM. Are you running an aftermarket wastegate? I'm running my stock one still and I think that is the problem... maybe try boring it out some more and make sure it is...

That looks great. I'd definitely be interested. What material will the final product be made of? Carbon Fiber and...? Personally, I'd like something either plastic or vinyl that still looks stock but like something you would see in a new car...
